Covid- 19 (Corona virus)
During the coronavirus pandemic we will follow and operate within the guidelines set out by the government. Bookings that are affected will be postponed. Guests who have a booking with us that is postponed will be offered an alternative date or event at a later date or we will offer you a credit to spend on the Haunted Adventures website no refunds will be issued. All guests who are affected will be contacted via email please note this may take longer than usual as we will be working in date order. Where possible we will be operating events in some of the tiered areas as long as we can operate in a covid secure way and the venue also meets covid secure guidelines. We have a robust covid policy in place, as the safety of our guests and our team is paramount. We are keeping a close watch on the coronavirus situation and we will follow any advice given by the government and relevant health authorities. Please note that this information is constantly changing. More infortmation can be. As restrictions are lifting, we would encourage any guests attending our events to take a lateral flow test to show a negative result, if anybody is needing to self-isolate you will be transferred to an alternative event at a later date. As government rules around face masks have changed meaning it is mandatory to wear a face covering, unless you are exempt. If any of your party test positive for coronavirus we will not refund or transfer your booking to an alternative event.
- Age Restrictions
All attendees must be aged 18 years or over. - Guests With Disabilities
Due to the age and layouts of venues they are not suitable for guests with disabilities. If you require further information regarding any of our venues please contact us.. - Pregnant Women
Heavily pregnant women are advised not to attend our events. If you choose to ignore the advice, you attend the event entirely at your own risk. - Expectations
We operate a zero tolerance behaviour policy which is in force at all of our events. All attendees must be respectful to all other guests during an event, this also includes our team and any location staff. All guest must act in an appropriate manner at all times any behaviour that our team deem to be inappropriate during an event will result in you being asked to leave immediately regardless of travel arrangements or adverse weather conditions and no refunds will be given. - Drugs & Alcohol Policy
As well as a zero tolerance behaviour policy we also operate a zero tolerance drugs and alcohol policy, any attendees suspected of being under the influence or suspected of bringing alcohol or drugs to an event will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given.
- Damage Or Loss Of Property
You are responsible for your own belongings/ property including any paranormal equipment you may bring along to your chosen event. Haunted Adventures will not be held liable for any damage or loss of property during an event this also includes traveling to and from any of our events. - Sleeping Facilities
There are no sleeping facilities at any of our event locations unless otherwise stated on the Haunted Adventures website. It is your responsibility at the time of booking to read all of the event information for your chosen event including any emails that we send to you. - Smoking & Vaping
It is against the law to smoke indoors this includes vaping therefore Haunted Adventures do not permit smoking indoors at any of our events. Each location will have its own designated smoking/vaping area outdoors. - Accidents & Injuries
For your safety you must stay with your group during our events and members of our team although we risk assess every venue we use we cannot guarantee that accidents and incidents cannot happen.
Although Haunted Adventures are insured some of our policies may not cover your party as some of the locations maybe outside of normal public access. Therefore you may wish to have your own third party public liability insurance.
Please note you are attending at your own risk we cannot accept liability for any illness, injury, death or accidents to yourselves however they may have been caused.
- Mediums & Psychics
Haunted Adventures do try to have a medium or psychic at our events, however this is not always possible if you would like to place a booking and would like to know if a psychic element will be available please contact us on 0330 122 0063
We do need to make you aware that this element of Haunted Adventures events are for entertainment purposes only we make no guarantees to what is the truth or what is being offered as an opinion.
Descriptions on our website regarding the venues we use is documented history. This information is from the venues themselves and what Haunted Adventures have experienced during past investigations/events. This includes the stories during our ghost walks as the stories we use may also come from different sources including local residents. Therefore Haunted Adventures will not be held liable for the validity of any stories.
- Weather Conditions
It is your responsibility to bring/wear suitable clothing to an event to match the time of year or weather conditions. Some of our events may take part in full or partial open air. It maybe likely that last minute changes maybe made due to weather conditions making it unsuitable for the event to operate in the open air. Haunted Adventures reserve the right move the event to an undercover area.
We always make every effort to ensure scheduled events goes ahead, however in the event of adverse weather conditions where our team cannot make it or travel safely to a location we may be left with no choice but to cancel to the event. Haunted Adventures will contact all guests should we need to cancel as soon as possible, please be aware in cases such as severe weather this maybe at last minute, however every effort will be put into ensuring the event can go ahead as planned.
If an event does still go ahead as planned but you choose not to attend, no refunds or transfer of places will be given, Haunted Adventures will not be liable for any accommodation or travel costs associated with any cancelled event due to adverse weather conditions.

- Ghost Hunt Venues
The Venues we use are all renowned for their paranormal activity and Haunted Adventures have witnessed spirit activity on previous events. Although we will put every effort and work to a very high standard to achieve the goal of some form of paranormal activity Haunted Adventures cannot guarantee any form of paranormal activity during an event.
We ask that all guests treat the spirit world with respect and that you always keep an open mind as a very cynical attitude/approach will spoil the atmosphere and reduce the possibility of getting any form of paranormal activity. Please keep a very open mind you never know what you may experience.
We welcome all on our events whether your a believer, skeptical or on the fence, however before booking please ensure your are booking your chosen event for the correct reason as we only offer true experiences, Haunted Adventures will never fake any activity on any of our events, therefore on occasion it maybe possible that you may experience little or no paranormal activity.
- Getting Home
Our Events take place until the early hours of the morning, therefore Haunted Adventures advise you seek accommodation local to the venue. Do not drive tired, tiredness can kill. It is your responsibility to arrange any accommodation and any travel arrangements. - Cameras & Recording Equipment
Haunted Adventures do permit the use of cameras and recording devices. However all footage captured belongs solely the property of Haunted Adventures therefore any footage should only be used for personal use and not for promotional or business use unless otherwise agreed to prior to the event with Haunted Adventures.
You must gain consent from other guests before you commence recording or take a photo if they are going to be captured in the recording or the photo. Please note at some locations the use of cameras and recording devices maybe restricted or forbidden therefore no recordings or photographic images can be taken.
- Additional Costs
Please note that any events that state they have a meal/supper or sleepover these are additional extras and will have a small fee to add this option, this is to keep our prices of the events low and to accommodate people who may not want to sleepover or have a meal. All prices are subject to change without notice. We may promote/advertise our events on different platforms therefore prices may vary from prices shown on the Haunted Adventures website.
Please note promotions or sale prices will not be offered or given to customers who have already paid/ booked or to customers who have paid/ purchased prior to or after the promotion.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations By Us
Due to the COVID -19 (Corona virus) situation we reserve the right to postpone any event under the guidance of the Government.
Haunted Adventures reserve the right to cancel an event at any time and this can be for any reason. We may cancel an event if not enough guests have booked which means the event is not financially viable to run. If we have to cancel we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible.
There may be occasion where events are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of the control of Haunted Adventures. If these events are cancelled, then you will be given a full refund of any monies paid for the said event refunds can take up to 7-10 working days to arrive back into your account. However, an event maybe rescheduled if this is the case we may limit refunds or refunds may not be available, in this case we will transfer your booking to an alternative or we will credit your online Haunted Adventures account, which you can use against any future ghost hunt. Cancellations due to coronavirus will not be refunded a transfer of places will be offered.
Events maybe cancelled due to extreme circumstances, if an event is cancelled/ postponed under extreme circumstances you will be offered to choose an alternative event subject to availability or a credit note for the full amount of your booking so you can book another event of your choice at a date and event that suits you, credit notes last for one year from the date of issue. Please note we are not obliged to reimburse guests for any travel arrangements or accommodation costs.
We will do our utmost to ensure that every guest is made aware of any cancelled event as soon as possible, however if this has not been possible Haunted Adventures will not refund any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of an event, this includes travel and accommodation costs.
- Cancellations By You
Please note that it is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that you are able to make the event date and time as Haunted Adventures cannot offer you a refund or transfer your places if you are unable choose, or cannot attend your chosen event.
We pay our locations in advance and we are held liable for these costs if any of our guests are unable to attend. All payments made are non refundable and non transferable. We are unable to put your places back onto our website if you cancel or are unable to attend. If the ticket price has been paid in full we will permit your places to be transferred to a third party and where applicable, If you are wishing to sell your places to a third party you most contact us immediately on how to do this as we will only accept third party sales when advertised on certain platforms due to the terms and conditions that associated with bookings.
Please note that Haunted Adventures accepts no liability for any third party transactions, we will not enter into any correspondence to support your third party transaction. We must be notified of any changes to names, email addresses and contact details for places sold in this way. You must direct purchases in this way to our website to read these terms and conditions.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferrable
- Vouchers can only be used once and no change is given
- Vouchers can be used to book an event of a higher value, the additional cost must be paid by card on our website at the time of booking
- Vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown on the reverse
- Vouchers are valid up to and including the amount shown on voucher face
- Vouchers are valid for person(s) as stated on the reverse of voucher
- Vouchers can be redeemed by over 18’s only
- We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions
- Any deemed abuse to the voucher system will result in those vouchers and any corresponding bookings being rendered null and void
- Vouchers are only redeemable for events booked and paid for on the Other Side Paranormal Groups website
Behaviour Policy
Right Of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at any of our events
You must treat Haunted Adventures, team, other guests and venue staff with respect. We will not tolerate any form of abuse to anyone. Anybody found to be disruptive in any way will be asked to leave immediately regardless of any travel arrangements or adverse weather conditions and no refunds will be given.
We do not permit drugs and alcohol on to any event, if anyone is thought to be under the influence you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given.
We do not permit the use of naked flames at any of our events.
Loss Or Damage To Property
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to property or equipment during or traveling to and from an event. We are also not responsible for any damage to vehicles or clothing during our events including parking/ clamping fines.
You at the time of booking our events agree to attend entirely at your own risk.
Injuries & Accidents
Haunted Adventures accept no liability for any injury, incidents or accidents however this may be caused, you are liable for your own health and safety.
Paranormal Activity
We can not guarantee any Paranormal activity on any of our events.
We reserve the right to change/ update these terms and conditions at any time.
