Great House Ghost Hunts, EXCLUSIVE TO HAUNTED ADVENTURES

Great house is a grade II listed building and was built in the early 1500’s and made was from local limestone. Used as a family home during the Elizabethan period and remained wiht the same family for four generations. Inside, the derelict staircase came from Dunraven castle there is a hidden passageway within in the wall that leads from one floor to another, was this used as a hide out or quick escape? There have been countless recorded deaths within the house who could be behind the ghostly going on in this amazing location.

Anne Boleyn herself visited Great House on a number of occasions and her face is carved into one of the original door panels. A mischievous spirit has been witnessed running up the stairs and in and out of rooms, a  woman in heard shouting on the lower floors and the spirit of a gentleman who likes to scare children, doors opening and closing along with the kettle turning on of its own accord.

Tea, coffee, juices and light snacks provided during this event at the scheduled break times, to help the environment we ask you bring your own travel mugs for your drinks.

Arrival is 15 minutes before the event start time, early admittance is not permitted.
