Once purchased, your places cannot be refunded or Transferred under any circumstances. Please take care when booking as your booking will only be valid for the specified date and event. If you are placing your booking using our deposit facility you agree to pay any remaining balance one month before your chosen event. Before making payment for your booking you will be asked to tick to agree to all the terms and conditions relating to all bookings. We would expect our valued guests to have taken out appropriate TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover any losses should they be unable to travel. We do not provide jump scares, if you are looking for an event with jump scares our events are not for you! As per our T’s & C’s we cannot guarantee any paranormal activity.
